In the app, go to Me > Account and sync > Delete account. That page tells you what's deleted and what stays; you can also read Sections 6 and 7 of the Pinwalkie Privacy Policy. If you never signed in, you can delete your shares in Me > My shares, or write to us to have your anonymous ID removed.
Open Me > My shares and swipe left: for spots and Easter eggs, tap “Stop sharing”; for photos and toilet codes, tap “Delete”. If you've changed phones and can't find your earlier shares, write to us.
On that spot's detail page, tap “Suggest an edit”, or tap “Doesn't work” (or “That's wrong”) next to the toilet code. Easter eggs often get moved, and your feedback can save the next person a wasted trip.
In the app, tap “Report” next to that item. If you don't use the app (for example, you're a shop owner, a copyright holder or someone in a photo), please write to us directly. Tell us which spot and which item it is and why, and we'll deal with it and reply to you.
The app asks for your location only when you tap the location button. After that, it's used to show where you are and how far away places are, never in the background, and it's only sent to us if you use it as the location of something you share. The clipboard is only used to recognize a note link you copied, and the camera is only used when you share a photo. You can turn any of them off in iPhone Settings > Apps > Pinwalkie. For details, see the Pinwalkie Privacy Policy.
